Reposting the torrent file is fine so long as you leave the tracker information alone. Their site is bombed every release night, no need to make them take all of the connections.

Here’s the issue: Dattebayo translates and subtitles anime, and released the episodes for public download on our website. Lots of well-meaning fans then take these Dattebayo episodes, re-encode / cut them into parts and upload them onto streaming sites like ******* or ****. THIS IS BAD. The reason is not because Dattebayo is stupid or annoying or mean.
1. It's disrespectful to the subbers’ wishes, but more importantly,
2. Fansubbing is not legal, and with the popularity of Naruto/Bleach growing, legitimate companies have licensed them for DVD releases outside of Japan.

also, don't worry about DB not subbing Naruto. They live on it. They just like to make people sweat because they're *******s. If they stop subbing Naruto another group would gladly step in. I agree with itachi-san (comment above). DB stands for Dattebayo, a phrase made legend by Naruto. Their logo states "DB Believe It", the so-called english translation for "dattebayo". DB started and became big because of Naruto. They are NOT going "drop naruto permanently". YHBT.

They always post lies like that. They are probably going on vacation or something and they like to stick it to their fans because they are *******s. Personally I would like it if someone else subbed Naruto, but I'm positive DB will sub the episodes they miss after their break. They think jokes like that are funny, but they're really not. They're just *******s. Don't fall for it. If anything, try to promote another group while DB takes a break. I would love to see them get ousted from Naruto. They're total ****s. They do a great job, but treating fans like garbage is not cool. I fell for it once, never again. Nice try DB *****s.

EnigmaticParadox: whenever DB troll, unless you haven't noticed, they wait till the episode ACTUALLY comes out, then they release it on time as usual and say YHBT. I thought you'd learn that by now.
itachi-san: Dattebayo ALWAYS releases Naruto episodes within a day of the release. There has only been about 3 delays (maybe slightly more, maybe slightly less), and those episodes were still released within two days of the actual Japanese TV release anyway.
On the note of trolling, few of you seemed to notice the non-troll serious message they're trying to send. Of course they're still going to release on time as they have been doing for, what, four years, but they are saying that they do not want their work to be posted to streaming video sites such as ytube as it makes it more likely that someone will attempt to sue them, which may result in DB being stopped, or at least America being banned from downloading from there (not that it affects me in Australia).

Telling people to not download it from here is just pointless, most people won't read any message like that, in addition to that it completely breaks the whole point of BitTorrent which is to allow for decentralised distribution. If DB where actually serious about that then they would likely just be looking for an excuse to quit, they have been saying similar stuff like that for a few months now anyway.
Frankly I don't give a **** if DB stop subbing, some other group will pick it up within a week and maybe we don't have to deal with **** like troll releases which the 12 year olds that make up the community seem to love and find to be the very pinnacle of humour (although personally I was presently surprised when I got a bunch of J-Pop videos and also discovered Soul Eater that way, but hilarious it is not).

Than again this is a group of Bleach and Naruto fanboys. DB isn't some godlike deity of the subbing world, they are just consistent. with their Naruto/Bleach releases. Ill download/watch their releases and politely thank them for it, and I'm impressed that they have managed to remain focused enough to do this number of releases but I'm not going to worship the group they walk on or bend over backwards to placate them. Honestly if it would **** off thousands of Bleach fanboys I'm all for it. The series is hardly what it was, same with Naruto.
And maybe there will be a HD version like just about every other fansub group now releases.

****, maybe another group will actually sub the movies on time rather than about 2 years after their releases. Still waiting on the 2nd Bleach movie here.
And kind of group that seriously has that kind of attitude can just take their ball and go home, that kind of attitude just ****s over the internet community as a whole.
In the end I'm sure if there was a an announcement to the effect of forcing people to get it from DB's official site I'm guessing there just ****ing with you to get an idea of the download count or try and beat a record.

It's seems that no one understand the meaning of LICENSED. Both NARUTO and BLEACH are. Streaming site are monitor by specialized people who search only for offender who doesn't follow the rules for copyright. Sorry, but DB doesn't have the COPYRIGHT to sub the Japanese eps. in any other language, so that makes them offender regarding to INTERNATIONAL law. If you think that only one country can be banned, well that doesn'work that way: the DVD release is multi-language and INTERNATIONAL LICENSED. You seem to think that DB began releasing NARUTO and BLEACH because no one else wouldn't do it. It's a lie. They began around 3 months before ANBU and AONE dropped it. The reason: well ANBU knew that people were streaming their eps. and they didn't want to shut their SUBS because of a bunch BABY........

Honestly, it's been 2 years that DB is asking to not stream their SUBBING and no one seems to care. Well, sorry for all the baby, but i'm pretty sure that this time they will stand for it. By the way they don't get payed for the SUBBING. They do it on their FREE TIME. If you're not happy with the time they take, well i've got a solution for all the CRYBABY: LEARN JAPANESE.
EbilPhish: How can you wait for 2 years for a movie that just got on cinema screen on the December 22 2007! And if you didn't notice yet, DB always wait for the DVD release to sub it. So bear with it or find a camera shot of the screen!
N.B. I'm not in anyway tied with DB staff; I’m just ****** of toward all the CRYBABY who got involved with the definitive stopped of DB NARUTO subbing.

I don't have to name any - Just type in "Bleach 181", and you'll see different versions of Bleach. Or just google it, and you'll see many versions of Bleach by different groups. If there were no DB, one of them would take DB's place. Although I prefer DB's version of Bleach, to pass them off as the only group is a bit premature. On the other hand, to say that any company can totally stop fansubs of Jap Anime is a bit stupid. And the companies know that too.
